YIEFI CASHBACK SERVICE - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to Yiefi, the cashback service provided by Techfi Limited ("Yiefi," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yiefi cashback service and related properties (collectively, the "Yiefi Service"). By using the Yiefi Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Yiefi Service.

2. YIEFI SERVICE

2.1 Yiefi Cashback Program Yiefi operates a cashback program ("Cashback Program") wherein users ("Members" or "you") can earn rewards ("Rewards") in cryptocurrency for completing qualifying activities ("Qualifying Activities") through our Program Partners. Yiefi acts as the facilitator, coordinating the receipt of rewards from Program Partners and distributing them to Members upon completion of Qualifying Activities.

2.2 Ownership and Rights Users acknowledge and agree that they do not possess any ownership, legal title, or security interest in specific assets of Yiefi. The Rewards are provided at the sole discretion of Yiefi and are contingent upon users' compliance with these Terms. Users recognize that their remedies for disputes arising from the use of the Yiefi Service are limited to those available at law, acknowledging their status as general unsecured creditors regarding any obligations owed by Yiefi.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT

3.1 Eligibility To become a Member of Yiefi, one must be a resident of Tanzania, at least 18 years old, and provide authentication information for Yiefi to create their account ("Account"). Each individual is limited to one Account.

3.2 Yiefi Earn Program By participating in the Yiefi Earn Program, Members can engage with Program Partners and complete Qualifying Activities to earn Rewards. Yiefi reserves the right to modify the terms governing participation in the Cashback Program at any time.

3.3 Program Partners and Third Parties Members' engagement with Program Partners and third parties is a direct agreement between them and those entities. Yiefi is not an agent of any Program Partner, and Yiefi assumes no liability for any aspect of Members' interaction with Program Partners or third parties.

4. USE OF YIEFI SERVICE

4.1 License Yiefi grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Yiefi Service for personal use. Yiefi reserves the right to change, upgrade, or discontinue the Yiefi Service at any time.

4.2 Program Restrictions Users agree not to disrupt, interfere with, or overload the Yiefi Service. Prohibited activities include introducing disruptive code, altering or deleting content, using automated means to access the Yiefi Service, and engaging in illegal or manipulative activities.

5. EARNING REWARDS

5.1 Qualifying for Rewards To earn Rewards, users must be signed in to the Yiefi Service, complete Qualifying Activities within the Yiefi Service, and refrain from disrupting or disabling any tracking mechanisms or technologies used by Yiefi.

5.2 Redeeming Rewards To redeem Rewards, users must comply with these Terms, maintain an Active Account, and meet any additional requirements specified by Yiefi. Yiefi reserves the right to delay or modify the redemption schedule and methods at its discretion.

6. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

6.1 Updating Your Account Users agree to keep their Account information current and accurate. Yiefi is not responsible for unauthorized use of user Accounts, and users must notify Yiefi immediately of any security breach.

6.2 Active Account An "Active" Account must have completed a Qualifying Activity within the previous twelve (12) months. Inactive Accounts may be deactivated, and Rewards may expire.

7. SatsTag Yiefi may provide a personal identifier known as a "SatsTag." Users are entitled to a single SatsTag, and Yiefi reserves the right to revoke it for reasons including Account suspension or infringement of another user's identity.

8. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES Yiefi may modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Yiefi Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. PRIVACY By using the Yiefi Service, users agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in the Yiefi Privacy Policy.
